With 2023 in the rearview, there’s much to be excited for in the New Year. But, before we lunge headfirst into 2024, we want to idle for a moment and reflect on a few standout moments that made this past trip around the sun a memorable one.
To start, at DBM we utilize data, design, and technology in strategic and hyper-targeted ways to produce a return on investment for our clients that speaks for itself. And, this past year we did exactly that – from our Programming team pulling a few all-nighters for a client’s loyalty app upgrade, to creative campaigns boosting sales for an irresistible dessert, we are fortunate enough to say that it’s been a year of victories, both big and small.
Another standout feature of 2023 was the opportunity to travel. We joined a few of our partners at various Leadership Summits throughout the year, which is an excellent way to step out of the virtual boardroom and interface with our clients. You may have even seen one of our tech-savvy booths at a convention or two, always relishing the chance to shake some friendly hands.
We are thrilled to have welcomed a handful of new loyalty clients onboard and are eager to continue working together in the New Year!
We’re equally as thrilled to announce that we have earned a coveted spot on the OC Top Workplaces list (again!). This award means a great deal to DBM, because our team members mean a great deal to us. So, a word of gratitude is due to our incredible team of both local and remote employees that make not only this award possible, but every success that DBM earns year over year.
Donating to great causes such as CHOC Children’s Hospital and Veterans Affairs are always proud moments for DBM. We look forward to finding more opportunities to give back to our community in the year to come!
